First check that you’re signed in to the account used at checkout. If the program is still missing from My learning, send us the program name and order reference. You can also read the refund policy and enrollment terms.
Open the enrolled program in your classroom and look for the matching lesson. A recording appears after it is published. If you need help finding a replay, include the program name and class title in your message.
