Choosing your program
Find a starting point that fits your goals and experience.
What can I study at Hobiora Learning?
We’re starting with spoken English and stenography. You can explore the currently published programs, from foundational learning to more focused practice, on our programs page. Each program has its own level, lesson outline, duration, and price. New programs will appear there when they are available.
How do I choose the right level?
Start with the experience level and learning outcomes on the program page, then read the curriculum. For stenography, check whether the program introduces shorthand or expects you to know the basics already. If you’re unsure, tell our team about your current experience and what you want to work towards before enrolling.
What should I check before enrolling?
Review the syllabus, level, duration, current price, and any announced start date. Confirm that the class schedule and required materials work for you. If a timetable or access period hasn’t been announced, ask the team before paying. Our how it works guide explains the journey from choosing a program to finding your classroom.
Does a program guarantee a particular result?
Programs provide a structured way to learn and practice. Your progress depends on your starting point, attendance, practice, and the time you can put in. Enrollment does not guarantee fluency, a particular shorthand speed, exam success, or a job. Use the published learning outcomes to understand what a program is designed to help you work towards.
Live online classes
Know where to go, what to bring, and how to get ready.
How do I join a live class?
Sign in, open My learning, and choose your enrolled program. Your classroom shows the class schedule and a Join live class link when your trainer has added one. Follow that link to the meeting service used for the session. You may need to allow microphone access or sign in to that service separately.
Where can I find class dates and times?
Scheduled classes appear inside your program’s classroom. Times are displayed in Indian Standard Time, so allow for the difference if you’re joining from another time zone. A program’s overall duration does not define a fixed weekly timetable; check the published schedule or contact the team to confirm it.
What equipment or materials do I need?
You’ll need a reliable internet connection and a device that can join your class’s meeting service. A working microphone and headphones are helpful for spoken English practice. For stenography, keep your shorthand notebook and writing materials ready. Check the program details or ask your trainer about any specific materials before the first session.
What happens if I miss a class?
Check your classroom for a recording after the session. A replay is available only when the class has been recorded and the recording has been published. If there is no replay, or you need help catching up, contact the team. Replacement classes and make-up sessions depend on the arrangements for your program.
Recordings & your progress
Revisit available lessons and keep track of your practice.
Where do I watch a class recording?
Open the program in My learning and look for Watch recording beside the lesson. The link appears when a recording has been published for that class. It opens the recording’s playback service, which may have its own access requirements. Classroom recording links are shown to students enrolled in that program.
Is every class recorded automatically?
A replay is not guaranteed for every session. Recording availability depends on the meeting service, its recording settings, and whether the academy records and publishes the class. Some recordings can be added automatically, while others need to be uploaded by the teaching team. That does not mean every meeting is automatically recorded or that every recording service is free. Ask about the arrangements for your program before enrolling.
How is my course progress tracked?
Use Mark complete after you finish a lesson. Your classroom saves that completion to your account and updates the progress shown in My learning. Completion is tracked manually: opening a recording or attending a meeting does not automatically mark the lesson complete. You can return to available class links and recordings as you continue practicing.
How long can I access recordings and my classroom?
Check the access terms published for your program, and ask the team if an access period is not stated. The course duration and recording access period are different things. Lifetime access, downloadable recordings, and permanent availability should not be assumed unless they are explicitly included in your program’s terms.
Payments & coupon codes
Understand checkout and know what to do when you need help.
How do I pay for a program?
Sign in, open the program page, and review the price. Apply a coupon if you have one, then continue to Razorpay checkout. The available payment methods are shown by Razorpay during checkout. Enrollment is confirmed after a successful payment is verified; your program then appears in My learning. The checkout will tell you if online payments are not yet available.
How do coupon codes work?
Enter your code before starting payment and check the updated amount. A code must be active, within its expiry date, and within its redemption limit. Checkout accepts one coupon at a time. Choose your code before opening payment: an existing pending checkout keeps its original order and discount. If you need help with that order, contact the team rather than making another payment.
My payment was deducted, but the program is not in My learning. What should I do?
Payment confirmation can take a little time to reach your account. Return to My learning and refresh it. If the program still hasn’t appeared, contact us with the email used for enrollment, the program name, and your Razorpay payment or order reference. Avoid starting another payment while the first one is being checked.
Can I cancel my enrollment or request a refund?
Read the refund and cancellation policy and any program-specific terms before enrolling. Eligibility and the next steps depend on those published terms and the circumstances of your request. If you need help, contact the team with your enrollment and payment details so your request can be reviewed under those terms.
Your learner account
Keep your learning, access, and feedback in one place.
Do I need an account to enroll?
Yes. You can browse public program pages without an account, but you need to create an account or sign in to enroll. Use an email you can access, and sign in with that same email when returning to your classroom. Your enrolled programs, lesson progress, and program reviews are connected to that account.
What if I forget my password?
Select Forgot password on the sign-in page and enter the email associated with your account. Follow the recovery instructions and check your spam folder if an email is expected. If account recovery is unavailable or you cannot complete it, contact the team for help. A password reset link expires and can only be used once.
Can I leave a review for a program?
Students enrolled in a program can add a rating and a written review from that program’s classroom. You can update your existing review as your experience develops. Your name, rating, and feedback may appear on the public program page, so keep your comments useful to other learners and leave private account or payment details out of your review.
Where can I learn about how my information is used?
Our privacy policy explains how learner information is handled and how to contact us about it. Your account connects your enrollment and learning progress, while payments are completed through Razorpay. If you have a question about your account information or a privacy request, use the contact details on that policy page.
