Using Hobiora Learning
Hobiora Learning provides course information, enrollment, and a classroom for accessing your programs and learning links. Please read these terms alongside the Privacy, Cookie, and Refund policies.
Your course description and any written arrangements provided before purchase explain what your program includes. Ask us to clarify any missing detail before paying. These terms do not remove rights that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
Your account
Password recovery, where available, requires access to your registered email. A successful password reset signs out existing sessions.
- Use accurate information and an email address you control.
- Keep your password and recovery links private, and sign out on shared devices.
- Use your account for your own learning. Do not share or sell access to your account or paid classroom.
- Contact us if you suspect unauthorised access or need a parent or guardian to arrange participation.
Choosing the right program
Review the course level, curriculum, duration, prerequisites, and intended outcomes before enrolling. These details help you decide whether the program fits your current ability and goals.
Learning progress depends on your starting level and the practice you complete. A course does not guarantee fluency, a particular shorthand speed, examination selection, employment, or promotion. A certificate or accreditation is included only when expressly stated for that program.
The classroom progress indicator shows lessons marked complete; it is not a qualification or assessment result.
Enrollment and payment
Current enrollment is a one-time course purchase in Indian rupees. Review the final amount, including any validated coupon discount, before authorising a Razorpay payment.
Your paid enrollment is confirmed after the payment has been verified. If money has been deducted but access is missing, check your classroom and payment status, then contact us with the transaction reference before paying again.
A course offered free, or reduced to zero by a valid coupon, does not require a payment transaction.
Coupons and offers
Coupons are subject to their published conditions, expiry date, and available uses. Applying a code checks the discount; enrollment is completed separately.
An unfinished checkout may reserve a coupon use. You can return to the same checkout, but changing the code while a payment is pending may require our help. This protects against duplicate orders.
Ask us to confirm any offer-specific conditions. Do not assume a discount applies to an earlier purchase, combines with another offer, or can be exchanged for cash.
Live classes and attendance
Use the class link published in your classroom. You are responsible for a suitable device, internet connection, and any account or app required by the meeting service. Check the schedule and the time zone shown.
Ask about the arrangements for missed sessions, transfers, or rescheduling before purchase. If we change a session or cannot deliver it as agreed, contact us to confirm the revised arrangements and available remedy.
Respect your instructor and fellow learners. Harassment, disruptive behaviour, abusive material, and unrelated solicitation are not acceptable in class.
Recordings and course materials
Available recordings are published in your classroom after the class and any required processing. Confirm which sessions are recorded and how long access is included before enrolling.
Playback may require sign-in with the video provider. Please do not assume that every session is recorded or that recording access is immediate or permanent.
Use learning materials within the permissions supplied with them. Do not distribute paid material, forward classroom links, or publish another participant’s contribution without permission. Rights granted by the content owner or applicable law remain unaffected.
Reviews and responsible use
Reviews should reflect your own experience as an enrolled learner. Your name may appear publicly with your review. Avoid sharing private information or posting unlawful, threatening, discriminatory, or deliberately misleading content.
Do not impersonate another learner, bypass access controls, interfere with the website, or introduce harmful software. Contact us to report misuse or content that may violate your rights.
Complaints and any resulting access restrictions need to be considered in the context of the issue and applicable rights.
Cancellations and service problems
Our general refund and cancellation terms are being finalised. Read the Refund policy and request the written terms for your selected program before paying.
If a payment is incorrect, you cannot access your course, or the program differs from what was agreed, contact us with the relevant details. Stopping attendance or closing an account does not by itself submit a refund request.
Payment, meeting, email, and hosting services can experience interruptions. Please report a problem so it can be investigated. Their involvement does not remove rights that apply to your purchase.
Questions and changes
Contact us for help with these terms, an enrollment, or a dispute. Keep your order reference and any written arrangements supplied when you enroll.
The date above identifies this version. Later changes to the website do not by themselves rewrite specific commitments already made for an existing purchase or remove applicable legal rights.
